TEAM DEVELOPMENT
1 YEAR
Throughout the year, I will work with your team in two key areas: strategic and operational. As a result, the team will not only achieve its strategic goals but also develop the ability to handle challenges and resolve conflicts independently
Two Key Areas of Team Development
  • STRATEGIC

I believe that a single strategic session per year is not enough. Often, such sessions result in overly ambitious goals that are disconnected from reality.

When the team attempts to execute them (or sometimes doesn't at all), motivation quickly declines due to existing company processes.

I conduct four strategic sessions per year, ensuring regular check-ins on goal progress and necessary course corrections.

  • OPERATIONAL
At the start, I conduct a team diagnostics to identify challenges — such as overlapping roles, unclear business processes or conflicts.
Over the course of the year, we systematically address these issues with the team.
This approach not only boosts team efficiency but also fosters independence, as the team learns to navigate challenges without external support
WHAT IS INSIDE?
  • Comprehensive Team Report
Compiled within two weeks from survey results and individual interviews
Includes external analysis of your company, internal communication patterns and other relevant data
  • Recommendations & Action Plan
Based on the report and a meeting with you, I formulate hypotheses about your team dynamics
I provide clear, actionable recommendations and outline a structured development plan for the next year
  • Team Development Work
Throughout the year, I work on both strategic and operational tasks, pre-agreed with the leader, setting clear success criteria
We use various tools, including team sessions, gamification, creative methods, and training.
  • Ongoing Alignment
I regularly check in with the leader to adjust the approach as needed, ensuring alignment with any company changes
  • Final Evaluation & Post-Support
At the end of the year, we conduct another quantitative team diagnosis to measure progress and visualize improvements
We review and discuss the results with the leader
Three months later, we hold a follow-up meeting to assess long-term impact and outline the next steps for continued team development.

YOUR BENEFITS

You will help your team become more mature and self-sufficient. This will not only accelerate progress toward strategic goals but also enhance efficiency in operational tasks
IS IT FOR YOU?
IT IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF:
  • Your team faces challenges that require external expertise
  • You have ambitious goals that demand a new approach
  • You want to strengthen team collaboration and cohesion
IT IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
  • You expect quick results without team involvement
  • You as a leader prefer not to participate in team development
HOW IT WORKS
1
Meeting with the Leader
We discuss your request and the current team situation
2
Online Team Survey
The team and leader complete an anonymous survey (40+ questions)
3
Interviews & Data Collection
I conduct 3-10 individual team interviews to understand internal dynamics, analyse external sources, internal communications, and additional materials
4
Report & Recommendations
I compile a report with key insights and tailored recommendations to address current challenges
5
Strategy Discussion & Development Plan
We discuss findings with the leader, set measurable KPI-related goals and present the three-month work structure
6
Team Development Sessions
Biweekly 2–3 hour team sessions of individual design over 1 year
Sessions incorporate gamification and creative techniques to facilitate open discussions.
7
Team Strategic Sessions
Quarterly strategic sessions to set and then review strategic goals
8
Check-ins with Leader
Regular 3-month interim meetings to adjust the approach based on team progress and evolving needs
9
Final Evaluation
A follow-up team survey (same as the initial one)
This allows to track progress on key metrics and assess improvements based on the initial objectives set by the leader
10
Final Review with the Leader
We discuss the achieved goals, decide on the next steps for further team development or conclude the work
TIME COMMITMENT / MONTH
Despite its depth, team development is limited to:
~4-5 hours (team sessions)
