ABOUT

PSY Element is a boutique organisational consulting firm working at the intersection of leadership, culture and system dynamics. We support founders, executives and leadership teams during periods of growth, scale and transition when performance is under pressure, decisions slow down and familiar explanations stop working.

Our work helps leaders and leadership teams:
• surface hidden organisational patterns and tensions
• clarify authority, roles and decision dynamics
• restore coherence between growth, culture and execution

We work primarily with founder-led and technology-driven companies across Europe and internationally. Depending on the scope of work, we collaborate with a trusted network of senior consultants and facilitators.
