Born in Russia and shaped by multiple crossings — across geographies, disciplines and ways of seeing — I’ve always worked in the in-between.

My career in sales and finance gave me structure. Psychology gave me language. Portugal helped me integrate both.

I don’t offer answers. I hold space for clarity to emerge.
PSY Element began as my way to work at depth — where meaningful change starts with presence, pause and perception.

  • CFA Charterholder, Degree in Economics
