Born in Russia and shaped by multiple crossings - across geographies, disciplines and ways of seeing - I’ve always worked in the in-between.

My career in sales and finance gave me structure. Psychology gave me language. Portugal helped me integrate both.

I don’t offer answers. I hold space for clarity to emerge.
PSY Element began as my way to work at depth, where meaningful change starts with presence, pause and perception.

A structured approach shaped by psychodynamic thinking and systems analysis - to unlock what’s stuck and shift it at the root

    A single shift - in awareness, decision-making or team dynamics - can ripple through the whole system. We identify and activate those pivotal points

    Drawing on the traditions of Tavistock, INSEAD and systemic thinking, we work with invisible patterns and emotional undercurrents - not as surface symptoms, but as signals of deeper systemic tension

    Not a new method, but a way to apply proven ones with focus and integrity. We look at the whole: individuals, teams, structure and context - to reveal what truly needs to shift for progress to return

  • CFA Charterholder, Degree in Economics
