Deep psychology for business
PSYCHOANALYTIC 1-1 COACHING
Psychoanalytic coaching, as used in INSEAD BUSINESS SCHOOL, uniquely combines:

  1. Deep psychology (psychoanalysis) - Identifying inefficient patterns and internal obstacles in your life, that prevent you from achieving your goals, but lie beyond your understanding
  2. Coaching methodology - Working with your specific request, creating an action plan and launching changes
This blend enables rapid, sustainable changes compared to traditional therapy or coaching.

Format:
Individual psychoanalytic coaching sessions
(50 min, usually once per week)
ORGANISATIONAL CONSULTING
Psychodynamic organisational consulting, developed in Tavistok, combines group dynamics, systems thinking and psychoanalysis

This approach explores various levels of organizational dynamics (individual, team, organization) to identify root causes. Tools include deep interviews, shadowing, organizational drawings, team coaching and more

Format:
Step 1. Team (or organisational) diagnostics
Step 2. Launching changes via regular team sessions of tailor-made design

  • I am a practice-oriented psychodynamic organisational consultant, member of ISPSO (International Society for Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations)
  • Master in psychology, qualified as psychoanalytic business consultant (High School of Economics, Russia + INSEAD), ICF certified business coach
  • I speak business language - 15 years in banking & consulting in London, Vienna and Moscow, incl. executive positions
  • Degree in economics + CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • PSY Element is the project that I run with the colleagues with a portfolio of diverse clients. We work with business of different scale, but my primary focus is startups and financial industry
