A scaling startup was growing in headcount — but execution was stalling. The founder was frustrated, the team passive, decisions looping.


Uncovered: Hidden emotional split between the co-founders — avoidance, distrust and misalignment masked as “strategy issues.”


What we did: Made the silent conflict visible, reconnected leadership to shared goal, supported role redefinition.



Result: Strategy regained traction, profit increased by 115% in 4.5 months, roles became clearly defined and embodied.

A team demanded the dismissal of a key member. Emotions were running high, and the founder felt torn and overwhelmed.
